Welcome to Sacred Heart RC Primary Academy

At Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Primary School, we foster creativity, enrich learning and find the best ways to inspire in our pupils a commitment to learning that will last a lifetime.

Sacred Heart School is  more than academic excellence and achievement. We offer a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum, underpinned by responsive and experiential learning.  We offer Forest School learning to further enhance all pupils' holistic development. Rooted firmly in  forgiveness, patience, love and justice; we strive to provide a nurturing and joyous school community with the development of our children at the very centre of all we do.

Proud to be part of Saint Margaret Clitherow Catholic Academy Trust, we continuously develop our provision and practice to ensure our service is high quality and child centred so that our pupils become responsible, well-rounded citizens of the future.

Forest School Learning

Forest School is an outdoor and stimulating learning experience. It allows all children to test themselves, build self-esteem and develop new skill. At Sacred Heart, the use of Forest School learning is woven into the curriculum to support and enrich the subjects we cover.
